Sumilon Island

Sumilon is a small island at only 24 hectares, but is very popular because of its various diving sites. Unfortunately due to the Muro-Ami fishermen many of the reefs suffered damage, but with the current care and rehabilitation, it is slowly coming back to its former glory.

Visitors can expect a wide variety of marine species, shifting sand bars, and cottages for rent. Be aware that there are a limited number of rroms available due to the size of the island, so do not forget to make your reservations before your trip. Even though it is between several other islands, Sumilon is easily accessible.
